Europe Hotel Paris Eiffel

We later found out we'd been charged for a room even though we never stayed there, and the hotel offered neither a solution nor a refund. We couldn't get our money back. The reservation was confirmed automatically without our consent or advance notice, and the charge went straight to our registered credit card. We weren't given any information or confirmation when it happened. Booking without approval and charging a card without telling the customer is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disturbing. I'd advise anyone considering this hotel to be very cautious.

The location, restaurants, shops, and transport nearby were great, and the price made up more than enough for the bathroom being a little smaller than I expected. I stayed Aug 30- September 3rd. The room was clean, and the staff were very polite and friendly. The stay was excellent overall.

The services were barely there. Requests were ignored or took hours, and it seemed like the staff didn't care about guests. Housekeeping was unreliable, either not coming at all or doing almost nothing. The room was dirty and dated, nothing like the online photos. The bedding was stained, the bathroom smelled awful, and basic amenities were broken or missing. The front desk staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. From arrival I felt unwelcome and dismissed, and they made problems worse instead of solving them. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. A complete disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay away.

We got an early check-in even though check-in was at 2 pm, which was great. The room was cosy and pleasant, with a comfortable bed, good air con, a TV with Netflix and YouTube, and a kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. Check-out was at 12 pm, but one staff member was rude, the only bad moment. The shower was small and awkward to use.
