The room was neat, but it smelled, the Wi-Fi was weak and erratic, and the supplies were sparse: one cup, one glass and half a roll of toilet paper. Like several other guests, I spent about 1 hour 45 minutes trying to find the apartment. The email they sent me twice was unreadable. See picture.

It took two hours of wandering around with my 9-year-old to try to find this place. We asked nearby hotels and people on the street, but nobody knew it. It has no reception and not even a proper entrance. I kept calling their number and nobody ever answered. I’d booked it thinking it was a hotel, but it was a nightmare. I missed dinner and spent the night wandering around, then had to book somewhere else. They refused to refund me. I felt totally scammed.

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and having a good kitchen was a plus. Finding the place was the hard part. If you get stuck, my five photos should help: after the grey door in photo 5, head up to the second floor and turn right.

The room was lovely and the location is perfect, but getting help was another story. There was nobody to ask for information, and the contact number they gave me never answered. When I was half an hour late checking out, though, a woman called and rudely told me to leave. Be aware there’s no lift and quite a lot of stairs.
