The rooftop was open when we visited on a cool day, and the view stretches across Paris. You can spot Le Palais Garnier next door, the Eiffel Tower in the distance, and Sacre Coeur if you look closely. The building itself is striking, having been badly damaged during WWII and later restored. Under its dome, several floors are packed with designer clothes, jewelry, shoes, perfume, and plenty more. It's wonderfully extravagant, whether you come to shop, admire the architecture, or take in the city from above.

The choice of traditional chocolates and pretty holiday gift sets was great, but the crowd was something else. I stopped by today and it felt like every Parisian was there doing last-minute Christmas shopping. If you're after classic French holiday treats, this is the place, just be ready to wait in line and bring some patience! 🤦♂️🎁🎄

Go up to the 6th floor for the terrace view. It's also a lovely spot to shop, and a must-see in Paris.

The building's design is beautiful and distinctive, and there's a whole floor of restaurants and cafés, plus good public facilities. Shopping is easy here since the major brands are all in one place. I enjoyed the visit and would set aside at least two hours. 👌🏼
