Garden Saint Martin Hotel

The location made it easy to explore the city on foot and reach all the major attractions. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for two, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated having free hot drinks and water available anytime. It was excellent value for the money, and we had a wonderful stay. We'd definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We'd booked the family suite in February 2025 and had a confirmation number. Our flights were delayed, so we arrived a day late. I emailed the property with our booking reference to explain that the flights were running late but that we were still coming. Anthony replied that it wasn't a problem. When we got there, we were told the booking had been cancelled. The front desk person really tried to help, to her credit, but eventually we gave up and found another hotel through a different app. It turned out cheaper and in a better location.

The room was a bit small, as you'd expect in Paris, but had everything we needed. The hotel and area felt safe, and it's close to everything, with a bakery, metro station, restaurants, ice cream shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. My husband and I stayed four nights, and the staff were friendly and spoke French, English, and Arabic. Free coffee and water throughout the stay was incredible. A great hotel for budget travelers.

We were a family of five with two rooms, and the setup worked perfectly. Even with our older kids in a separate room, we felt very safe. The rooms were cute and clean, breakfast was great, and there were free water bottles and coffee. The location was great too. The shower was small, maybe that's a European thing, and we had the worst neighbors, who were super loud. The staff were very understanding about it. I'd stay here again!
