Grand Hôtel Chicago

We came for a weekend as a couple and would stay here again. The room was clean, with the comfortable bed we wanted. Even though the hotel is on a road beside the train station, we heard nothing with the windows closed. Getting around was easy, with plenty of bus and metro links, and Montmartre was about a half-hour walk away. The staff were polite and did their best to make our stay go well.

The location was just right for us, especially because we enjoyed eating in neighborhood restaurants where locals go. We stayed March 13-17 with my two daughters for my youngest's 21st birthday, and the team had helped even before we arrived. Jad and Moélie arranged a cake and suggested restaurants for her birthday. We were warmly welcomed by Moélie, and Jad, Fabienne, and Constance kept offering kind, generous help and sharing what they knew. Jad and Constance brought the cake with balloons, which was lovely. The hotel was beautiful and clean, and our room had everything we needed, including lovely beds. Housekeeping tidied it daily. We enjoyed breakfast too, and the morning team were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I came away very satisfied and grateful for such a wonderful stay. We hope to return. Jo xx

The metro is only steps away, which made exploring Paris and getting to Orly Airport simple. Our room had a lovely old Paris feel, elegant and chic, but still cozy, and it was beautifully kept. The staff were always friendly and ready to help. We had everything we wanted for a wonderful stay, and I'd recommend it.

We stayed at Grand Hotel Chicago twice and were happy with both visits. The rooms were a good size, and when there was a problem with our room the second time, they moved us to a larger one and handled it professionally. There was fresh still water in the fridge every day. The bathroom was spacious too, though the rooms could use more mirrors and light. The staff were excellent, especially Jad and Majeed, who were friendly, polite, and helpful. The Rome-Batignolles bus stop is nearby, with lines 28, 94, 30, and 66. They also conveniently booked us a taxi to the airport. Thanks to everyone, including the two ladies whose names I can't remember. We hope to see you again.
