Grand Hotel du Palais Royal

The staff at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal made everything easy, from arranging taxis to booking dinner reservations. They were professional and classy, but also greeted us with genuine smiles. When we could hear construction noise while adjusting to the six-hour time difference from New Jersey, they immediately moved us to a larger suite away from the work and upgraded us, without hesitation. That care made a big difference. The gym was just right and helped with the jet lag. The location was great too, with dinner and Paris sights easy to reach on foot. The hotel was doing construction to make an already beautiful property even nicer. From our first “Bonjour” to the end, it was an incredible stay. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it.

For our honeymoon, we couldn't have asked for a better stay at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal. The location was hard to beat, with quiet surroundings and everything we wanted to see just steps away. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious before heading out to explore Paris. Every staff member made us feel welcome, and their warm, attentive, professional service added so much to the trip. We're grateful to the whole team for making our honeymoon unforgettable. Highly recommend.

The restaurant was fabulous, with lots of tasty, healthy options, and breakfast was top-notch with excellent quality products. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A wonderful experience at a stunning hotel.

The hotel is well placed for first-time visitors hoping to see a lot of famous museums. Service was very good, and I especially liked being able to use the beautiful hammam and gym around the clock. Our room was quite small, and we had plumbing problems on two nights in a row, which wasn't pleasant. Breakfast was okay, but not that great for the price.
