The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s an amazing location, within walking distance of the subway, Eiffel Tower, and other attractions. A good place to stay overall.

We stayed from Oct 7-8, 2025, and had a disturbing experience that left my colleagues and me feeling unsafe. Late at night, one colleague asked the night receptionist to help close her window. He went to her room, and everything seemed fine. About 15 minutes later, only her room lost power, while the rest of the floor still had electricity. There were no hallway cameras and no phone in the room, so she felt unsafe and came to stay with us. Around midnight, the same receptionist came to our door and asked, “Is your friend here? I think her room has an electricity issue.” That alarmed us. How would he know if there was no monitoring system? It felt suspicious and frightening. The day staff confirmed the next morning that the hotel would not have known about the outage unless it was reported. Power cuts don’t normally happen. For three female travelers, this raised serious red flags about safety and staff behavior. We left and emailed the hotel asking for clarity, but they didn’t reply. I’d strongly advise female travelers to be cautious about staying here. Human trafficking from hotels is real.

The location is great for the metro and Eifel Tower, and the reception staff were very helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, and the cleaning could be a little better, but we still had a pleasant stay.

The room felt cramped, and there wasn't enough space to open both suitcases. The furniture and facilities are old and could do with renovation. On the plus side, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having a teapot in the room was handy. The location was excellent.
