The receptionists were really friendly, and the Wi-Fi worked well. For the price, the place was okay overall, and it’s possible to get by for a quick, not very comfortable shower, a night’s sleep, and a basic breakfast. The bed and pillows were neat and comfortable. The main issue during our two-day stay was the door, which DID NOT LOCK from the outside. We left our things unattended for two days. The receptionists said it was about to be fixed and kept the backpack with our laptops behind the counter, but that wasn’t okay. We could lock the door from inside at night, but not when we went out, which was quite disturbing. The hotel had the promised shower, breakfast, hairdryer, fan, radiator, kettle, toiletries, and mugs, but everything was tired and basic. Our hairdryer was held together with duct tape, sometimes shifted by itself, and started blowing air. That door lock situation just isn’t normal.

The facilities are basic, but for the price that was fine with me. My room had a lovely balcony, and the hotel is very close to the metro, which is why I mainly recommend it. If you’re a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs and sleeping pills. There’s all sorts of noise at night.

The service and Wi-Fi were good, the location was great, and the price was reasonable. Nights can be very noisy with traffic and nightlife, so bring earplugs.

The room was clean and a decent size for a twin, and the bathroom, though tiny, was clean and did the job. I paid around 100 euros for one night on my own. The staff were friendly, even helping me find an adaptor, and there was an overnight concierge. The lift is small, but that makes sense for the location. Based on my stay, the earlier poor reviews didn't match my experience. It met my expectations and then some.
