You get what you pay for here, so don’t expect much. It’s cheap and a bit rundown, but livable. The metro, tram, and bus are just a few steps away, and bus 351 goes directly to the airport. If you take the metro, be ready to carry your luggage up and down stairs. There are many Halal restaurants just doors away. The lift is small, but Alhamdulilah it helped me bring all 9 of my luggage’s up.

The kind staff and convenient location were good points. The hotel is a minute from the metro, and line 9 takes you straight to the city center. There are lovely bakeries nearby too. The room was okay clean, except for one hair under a pillow, but the areas outside the room were dark, very dirty, and smelled of mold. The booking photos also didn’t match the room’s real condition. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on our first night, so we bought a nearby SIM card for 12 euros. It came back the second night, but was so slow that we kept using the SIM’s Wi-Fi. The hairdryer was technically there, but smelled burnt and felt like it might explode whenever I used it, so bring your own. For a budget option where you only need the room to sleep and have no alternatives, it may do. If the Wi-Fi and hairdryer situation had been clearer, I’d have rated it 3.5/5.

I love this hotel. It’s in a perfect spot for getting around, suits budget travelers, and lets you feel the neighborhood and its vibe. I love it.

My room had bed bugs. I can’t recommend this hotel, since you can find better places for the same money.
