Holidaysinparis - Bonne Nouvelle

The room was missing a safe and even a small fridge, and breakfast was a very limited continental spread. The whole place also smelled damp and musty. Though it looked like a charming little boutique hotel at first, the building felt old and our room was cramped. The worst part was the front desk. We had paid for a premium room, which should have been larger, but the young woman insisted on giving us a smaller one at the higher rate. After several frustrating calls with Expedia, they confirmed we were right. Only then did she speak to her manager and acknowledge the error. The way it was dealt with made us feel unwelcome. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and I won't be back. Very disappointing.

Our superior room was gorgeous, with loads of space, and the beds and bedding were wonderfully comfortable. We also loved the breakfast and how kind and welcoming the staff were. The hotel has a real romantic character and all the facilities we needed. Its location was perfect for us. We had a lovely stay, would happily recommend it, and will definitely return. Thank you!

The rooms are a bit dated, but this is a charming little hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and caring. I'll be back!

Very clean, well looked-after rooms, and the price was great for the location and service. I'd stay here again.
