The best part of our four-day stay at Hôtel Ariane Montparnasse was how the staff handled our first room. It was clean and well maintained, but too small for us, especially with my husband being almost two meters tall. The receptionist understood right away and offered us a much larger, comfortable room at no extra charge, without hesitation or discussion. That level of care is rare and deserves special recognition. From then on, the room was spacious, quiet, and pleasant, and we felt at home. The whole hotel was clean, organized, and clearly well cared for. Every staff member we met was welcoming, friendly, professional, and smiling, whatever the time of day. The location made it easy and enjoyable to explore the city, with everything close by. We felt valued and well looked after, and were more than satisfied with our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Hôtel Ariane Montparnasse and already know we’ll come back. Thank you to the whole team for making it so special!

Getting around was easy, with Metro lines 4 and 13 nearby. The staff were wonderful, but the rooms and shared areas felt very small. I also wasn’t sure the sheets were being changed when the room was cleaned.

We skipped breakfast, though the free coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch. The team were lovely and we had a very pleasant stay.

The receptionist made a huge difference when I arrived in Paris exhausted after being robbed in London. My first accommodation wouldn’t let me check in early, even though I’d warned them in advance, so finding this place just a block away was lucky. He understood my situation, arranged an 8:00 am check-in, and helped me book at the last minute. They were flexible and helpful again when I chose to extend my stay. I found the room clean, comfortable, and safe, though it could feel cramped for two people on a hot day. It was just right for a quick rest, and breakfast was decent for €15. The staff, especially the receptionist and breakfast host, were kind and went out of their way to help. It’s convenient for the 4-line metro at Alesia, and the Eiffel Tower is a short bus ride away. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a convenient, safe place to stay. It felt like a haven when I needed one.
