Coming back after dinner, we found the receptionist blocking the door and refusing to let us into the room unless my friend paid an extra €45 for a “guest.” The room was already paid for. He spoke to us in a rude, disrespectful way, and the situation got bad enough that the police came. They confirmed his behavior was unacceptable. Instead of being treated with hospitality, we faced aggression and an absurd demand. It was shocking and humiliating, and it ruined our night. The night staff were terrible. I strongly don't recommend this hotel.

Don't let the room photos fool you. I didn't post the ones I took, and there's a reason. The hotel staff and service were subpar, and I won't return. Next time I'll go to Hotel Villa M. We had dinner there without staying at the hotel, and both the restaurant and hotel staff were amazing. Being treated respectfully matters a lot, especially when you're spending your money. Smh!

The Moroccan receptionist was the one bright spot. He was polite, respectful, and professional, always greeting guests with a smile and doing his best to give excellent service. I sincerely appreciate his effort. From arrival, the receptionist wearing glasses was rude and disrespectful, leaving a very negative first impression. When I asked for daily towel changes, he harshly told me towels are changed only every three days. I also noticed what felt like unfair treatment and clear discrimination against foreigners. It was extremely disappointing and harms the hotel's reputation.

The female receptionist was very friendly, and we appreciated that. We stayed three nights; the hotel was fairly decent, with small but sufficient rooms. But on our last night, while we were visiting friends in the lobby, the male receptionist complained that our child was too loud and told us to go to our room. On the way there, he made a rude face and hand gesture. That was extremely unacceptable behavior, especially from an adult. Other adult guests were talking loudly without getting any comment or rudeness, so we felt discriminated against and uncomfortable. Being courteous is easy and makes everything better. I hope management addresses this, since previous reviews have reported similar behavior.
