The staff made this feel like a personal stay, not just another hotel visit. Everyone I spoke with was warm, professional and kind, and they went out of their way to help with directions, recommendations and anything else I needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with high-quality ingredients, and the garden courtyard was a peaceful extra that felt rare in central Paris. Hotel Avre is tucked on a quiet street near the Eiffel Tower, with excellent metro connections, so it’s both calm and convenient. My room was spotless, thoughtfully laid out and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens felt luxurious, and details like the lighting and storage were well considered. It was a cosy, quiet place to unwind after long days exploring Paris. It feels intimate, refined and authentic, like being at home while still having a magical Parisian experience. For the price I paid, this was a solid choice. I was only there for one night, and the metro was convenient, so it was easy to get where I needed to go. The room was spacious and clean. If you’re a very light sleeper, be aware it can get a little loud in the morning because of how the rooms are set up.

This small hotel has Parisian charm and sits a little off the beaten track on a quiet street. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and came with amenities. Several metro lines are a block away, and the RER is easy to reach after a few metro stops. The staff were engaging and friendly, and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower.

For the price, this is a great city option. The hotel doesn’t offer many extra services, but the rooms are tidy, warm and well looked after. All the staff were very friendly and polite, and the location is really convenient.

We loved how close everything was. The area feels quiet and local, the metro is only a three-minute walk away, and it was easy to get around. Our room was cosy, very clean and fresh, with everything we needed. The staff were amazing, friendly and spoke great English. They helped us with all our questions. We skipped breakfast and instead picked up coffee and a croissant each morning from a different cute bakery nearby, just like real Parisians. We’ve just got back from Paris and wanted to give Hôtel de l’Avre a shoutout. If you want to experience the city without the tourist crowds, it’s a perfect choice. We’ll definitely be back.
