Uffff, I loved this beautiful hotel. The view from my very clean room was fantastic, and the staff were so kind to me, especially Midi. They also let me store my suitcases after checkout. I’d stay here again. Thanks!

I spent two days here with my grandpa, and it was one of my worst hotel experiences. The original room was infested with bed bugs. After the first night, I told the receptionist, but he didn’t acknowledge the problem and just gave us two extra sheets. I couldn’t get him to understand that we needed at least to be moved to another room. On the second night I got many more bites, went back, and demanded a new room. Only then were we allowed to move. This place needs to get rid of those bed bugs. I paid 200 EUR for this. The toilet in our first room was filthy, and the sliding door wouldn’t stay shut unless you held it. The walls were paper thin, and after the first night there was cat sh*t outside our door. I don’t recommend this place. Go somewhere else.

The rooms are cheap for a reason. Staff will come in without knocking, and if you’re out, they’ll look through your bags and take cash and valuables. There are no cameras, so the police won’t do anything. If you decide to leave, there’s no refund.

I’m back for my third visit, and everything has been really good. The staff are all polite and helpful, and the owner was nice and helpful when I spoke with him too. They clean every day. The train station, bars, and restaurants are just steps away, and the area feels safe to spend time in.
