Hotel Paris Nord

No one came to clean our room during the stay, and even basic things like bin liners were missing. Check-in was slow and frustrating too, because the bald-headed receptionist was rude and asked a lot of unnecessary questions. For what we paid and expected, the service was nowhere near acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I stayed in December 2025. It was passable for one night in a pinch, and the price gives you about what you’d expect. I’d read the reviews, so I kept valuables out of the room. We photographed the zipper positions on our bags, and they didn’t seem to have been searched, but I can’t speak to whether the room theft reports are true. I wouldn’t stay longer than a night unless I had no other choice.

We were six family members and paid for three rooms, but none had a bed suited to two people. There was no air conditioning, just a tiny fan that didn’t turn. We stayed five days, yet the rooms were cleaned only during the last two days before checkout. Breakfast was dry bread, which my children wouldn’t eat, and the surroundings were noisy. I wasn’t satisfied and wouldn’t recommend it. It’s only okay if you need somewhere to sleep and plan to be out during the day.

I paid $500 for three nights, and the place looked nothing like the photos. It was hot Parisian summer weather, but there was no AC. The bathroom had no ventilation and felt like a sauna even when I was brushing my teeth. It also looked and smelled moldy. The towels were dirty, badly folded, and had hair on them. We asked the front desk for extras, but they didn’t have any. The pillowcases smelled like old men, and when the room was cleaned during the day, the sheets and blankets weren’t replaced. It all felt dirty. Someone I was with also said one of the older men at the front desk showed her to the room and touched her face in the elevator. She found it odd and uncomfortable. Don’t book here.
