Hôtel de Vendôme

I've stayed at many of the world's best five-star hotels, and this is my favorite of them all. It's one of those rare places that changes how you see a city. With just 15 rooms and suites, the hotel feels intimate and charming, and every small detail has been considered. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the restaurant was delicious and happily made me something off-menu to fit my dietary restrictions. The restaurant and reception teams were incredibly kind, especially Zachary, who went above and beyond and was a pleasure to get to know. The location is ideal, a few blocks from the busy Louvre area, right in the premier shopping district, and within walking distance of many other neighborhoods. Hotel director Amelie clearly cares about both guests and staff. She took time to talk with us and arranged a special meal for us on Christmas Eve because of my dietary needs. The concierge team, including Alexandra, Marine, and Lenora, helped plan a wonderful trip and found us reservations at some of Paris's hardest restaurants to book. About six weeks before our stay, they emailed because they noticed we had no restaurant bookings and offered recommendations. I've never had a concierge team reach out that far ahead to help with reservations. They also arranged museum tours with fantastic guides. All their restaurant suggestions were great, and while we were in Paris, we could message them on WhatsApp for nearby recommendations and hear back within minutes. The staff were attentive and kind throughout. I never usually write reviews, but this experience was unbelievable. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on future Paris trips, and I'll recommend this hotel to anyone I know who's going. There are too many thoughtful little details to fit here, but I can promise you won't regret staying.
