Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs

We stayed eight nights and were glad we chose this place. It's safe, clean and cozy, with excellent service. We arrived early and were struggling with jet lag, but the front desk were kind and helped us check in early. The location is great, close to a bus stop and subway station, with a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store and park nearby. A great experience, and I'd definitely stay again if I'm back in Paris.

The rooms were chic and clean, and the staff were friendly and knew their stuff. What really charmed me was the bartender, an older fella who was an absolute gem. He makes the best espresso martinis! The photo shows how he went out of his way to make our last drink feel romantic. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

It was a treat coming back each evening. The team were consistently kind and helpful, and the hotel felt calm, stylish and genuinely warm. Our room was cozy and thoughtfully laid out, with great bedding and a quiet night's sleep, which you really appreciate in Paris. It was a bit small, but that's Paris, kind of like Tokyo. The design has a chic traveler's club feel, with lovely details that never seem overdone. The Métro M4 is about a one minute walk away, making it easy to get around. If you like boutique hotels with personality, comfort and human, unscripted service, this one's a winner. We'd happily return.

Great location, a nice team and delicious breakfast. I wasn't keen on the hotel's decor and design, that old but new or new but old look. The room door was hard to open, the ventilation made a very loud noise, and the bathroom had no heating. The shower design wasn't convenient either.
