Hotel Du Leman

Riad made a real difference to our stay. He was warm and attentive every time we saw him, and his language skills, including Spanish, really impressed my mother and me. We had a wonderful time in Paris, and his excellent service was part of that. We’d gladly recommend this hotel.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel is close to both the metro and bus stops. Our room was quiet and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s location is ideal, with Metro lines 9, 7 and 12 nearby for getting to Paris landmarks. Breakfast was very nice, the staff kind, and there’s air conditioning in every room plus hot water that comes through quickly. Rooms are small, so this works best for individuals or couples who don’t mind limited space and mainly need a place to shower and sleep. It’s an old building: the elevator only fits one person, and the stairs feel a bit dangerous.

We got an incredible price, and the metro is just a five-minute walk away. I spent a week here during the Olympics and was really happy with the stay. My room was spotless, despite some negative reviews I’d seen, and the AC handled the Paris heat exceptionally well. The staff were so nice and welcoming. You can trust this review, I’m a local guide who’s visited over 45 countries.
