The reception staff are the best. The location is very good, with major shops, restaurants, public transport around the city, and the airport all accessible. The rooms need renovation.

Housekeeping cleaned our spotless room every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly and smiling throughout, giving the place a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic, just steps from the metro, with shops, restaurants, and everything else we needed within walking distance. We highly recommend the hotel and would happily stay again!

I asked for just one thing, a quiet room, but got one facing a very busy street instead of the courtyard. There was constant street noise and construction, and the manager seemed indifferent when I complained. I slept terribly for all four nights. Since I had prepaid on booking.com, I felt stuck. The security and data privacy also worried me. You can walk in, name any room number, and they hand you a key without checking ID or even validating your name. There are no room safes either, so the idea that anyone can get into any room at any time scares me. The hotel scanned my passport. When I asked the manager how they safeguarded that data, he had no answer. Scary.

The bed had bed bugs that bit me all over. Absolutely unacceptable. The room was poorly ventilated, and the old manual key wasn't even electronic. The room itself was old and poorly maintained. The phone didn't work, and although I reported it, nobody did anything. There was no kettle or iron available, and when I asked for hot water, they said it was only available at breakfast. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Extremely disappointing, doesn't deserve its rating, and I would never stay here again.
