The room felt small for two friends, though the bathroom was really good. Gare de l'Est isn’t the best part of Paris, but the metro station is literally at the hotel door. The staff were great and friendly, breakfast was very good, the beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. I’ll consider staying here next time I’m in Paris.

We’ll come back one day. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff made us feel so welcome. There are fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood, and the hotel is in an excellent spot beside the train and metro stations. Thank you, Hotel Este ⭐️

The location worked perfectly for us. We were close to two train stations, with a metro station right outside, which made the trip from CDG airport easy. There are lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, plus a shopping center inside Gare De L'est. The staff throughout the hotel, including reception and the cleaning team, were welcoming and went out of their way to help. Everything was really clean, rooms and bathrooms included. Our room was spacious, lovely, and modern, with plenty of sockets and USB charging ports by the bed, plus a little walk-in closet. It was perfect for us, and I’d definitely stay again next time I’m in Paris.

We loved staying here before, so we booked again. It’s a great spot if you’re arriving by train, right by the stations. The hotel is on a busy main street, but inside it was quiet and we couldn’t hear the traffic. The rooms are stylish and lovely, and unusually spacious for Paris. We also got complimentary use of the spa, a really nice bonus. The staff were friendly.

I was so glad I picked this hotel for my first solo trip abroad, which was for my birthday. I had an amazing three-night stay. They upgraded my room for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise, and there were balloons, maracoons, and a glass bottle of white wine waiting in the room. Onpamdo ( Orlando) and Jay were both amazing, down-to-earth gentlemen, and everyone I met on staff was lovely. They got the lift fixed within an hour, which was great service since these things happen. I didn’t mind paying a bit extra for the spa, which I had booked just for myself as part of an amazing package deal on love holidays. Hotel Este is a great choice for a few days in Paris. There are lots of good places on the street, and the attractions aren’t far away. The bakery right next door is outstanding. One tip: if you visit the Eiffel Tower, watch out for dodgy people and keep yourself and your belongings safe. Thanks for a lovely stay.
