Hôtel Gramont

Our room had a large bed and a sofa bed, and we slept really well. The bathroom was well equipped with a shower and bathtub, and there were plenty of soft towels. We also appreciated having to use a key card to enter the hotel, as an added security measure. The location suited us well: close to the main shopping area around Lafayette and Printemps, with lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, while still being relatively quiet.

The rooms could use an update. We stayed here 14 years ago, back in 2011, when everything looked new, but the furniture and decor are still the same and now look aged. The carpets, furniture, and lighting feel tired, and the bed was quite soft and lumpy. We’d definitely return once the rooms get refreshed. The location and staff make it worth staying here. You can walk to the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, and Printemps, with loads of Japanese, Korean, and other Asian restaurants nearby. There are several Metro stations, the RER A, and plenty of bus stops. Customer service was excellent, and every staff member we met was kind, polite, and helpful. Special thanks to Sharif for patiently dealing with my repeated minibar reminders and helping freeze my butter in the hotel freezer. Thanks as well to Nefissa for helping us with our luggage in and out of the hotel.

The breakfast, staff, and location were all wonderful, and the service was exceptional. I had a health issue late at night, and Amir from the night staff stayed awake looking after me and my daughter until our temperature went down. Thank you, Paris. I returned to Manchester full of love and gratitude.

We were here for one night for my mum’s birthday, and the hotel left a lovely note and a bag of skincare, such a thoughtful touch. We also got an early check-in, four hours ahead of time, which was very kind. Nafissa was especially lovely and helpful. The room was lovely, even though we’d asked for three beds, and the bathroom was very spacious. The hotel was clean, the service was amazing, and the location was great, close to the metro and not too far from central Paris and the Louvre. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Hotel Gramont ❤️
