The staff were kind and very helpful, and the hotel was quiet despite being in such a convenient location. I especially liked the breakfast room and the lounge fireplace. Breakfast could have had a little more choice, but there was enough if, like me, you want to leave room for lunch. There are also lots of great Japanese and Korean restaurants close by, plus a large Monoprix.

Isabel, the manager, made our six-night visit especially pleasant. She was so helpful, and the whole team made us feel welcome. We also had a clean, comfortable room with cozy beds and pillows, and breakfast was fresh, healthy, and nicely balanced. The hotel is a short walk from Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Printemps Haussmann. We felt safe in the neighborhood at night, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Restaurants are just steps away, and the neighborhood felt safe even after dark. Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Printemps Haussmann are all an easy walk from the hotel. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone coming to Paris.

We spent four nights here in mid December and would gladly return. The room was warm and comfortable, with a great shower and lovely Nuxe toiletries. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including gluten free bread and lactose free milk. A real gem in the middle of Paris.

The lobby is nice and the location is great, but the room was a letdown. The layout was awful, getting into the shower was difficult, and water ended up everywhere. The furniture is old and the whole place felt budget rather than luxurious. The housekeeper on the 2nd floor also had a very strong body odor.
