I made a booking recently, and the experience was terrible. The room was extremely dirty when I arrived, with mold on the walls, unclean bedding, and an unbearable smell. I immediately asked for another room or a clean one, but reception said none were available. I couldn’t stay in those conditions, so I checked out that same day. The staff refused to refund even part of what I’d paid. After sitting on the bed to change my clothes, I developed a bad skin allergy that I believe was caused by the dirty bed linen. I’m extremely disappointed and don’t understand where all the positive online reviews come from. They seem completely fake. I absolutely don’t recommend the hotel. The lack of hygiene and professionalism is shocking.

The service was good. They changed the towels and tried to keep the room clean, well done. Still, I think the price is too high for a room like this, especially since the hotel is quite far from the city centre and the main attractions. The hotel itself isn’t bad.

We stayed two lovely nights over New Year’s. The staff were truly excellent and made everything smooth and hassle-free, even during the busiest time of the year. The hotel was spotless and very cosy, with a beautiful rose scent throughout. It’s in a great location, with two metro stations nearby. Highly recommended!

We felt very safe in this cute area, and there was a wonderful bakery down the street, boulangerie Caroline, which was the best and most affordable one we found. The hotel has a 24/7 front desk, which was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly. They held our luggage because of our late flight. On our last day, Socheat was working at the front desk and brought us fresh mint water and cakes while we waited for our uber. She was extremely helpful and spoke English really well. The woman cleaning our room also went above and beyond, checking on us and making sure we had fresh towels and coffee.

The Pink Hotel made our Paris visit feel special. The decor is chic, and the service was great from start to finish. We were close to the subway, with lots of cute cafes and markets nearby. The staff made me feel at home. I'd happily recommend it to anyone coming to Paris. 🌸✨
