Hôtel Littéraire le Swann, BW Premier Collection

We stayed in mid October, and all the rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English, and they were happy to call a taxi for us. There’s a circular stairway as well as an elevator. We didn’t need air conditioning or heat during our fall visit. The location worked perfectly for our baking class at Studion Patisserie, just a 5 minute walk away. There’s a breakfast buffet in the ground floor dining room every day from 7-10. The hotel isn’t in a highly touristy area, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The room with a balcony was spacious and had beautiful views. Towels were changed daily, and the room was left spotless, as it had been on the first day. The breakfast buffet was very complete, with lots of variety. From the moment we arrived, reception paid attention to every detail and was always ready to help. We got engaged on the trip, and the staff prepared a surprise for us in the room. It was a magnificent experience, and we’ll definitely return.

The room was very small, but everything in it was great. The location is amazing, right by the metro and train station. Staff were courteous and extremely helpful, even though I don’t know French. They’ll clean the room every day if you want, and your things are left where you put them, even if they had to be moved while cleaning. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay and hope to come back. The room was spacious and clean, and we especially liked the balcony view. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of choices. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location, and the staff were helpful and communicative.
