For my first visit to Paris, I was really pleased with my stay. I came from Canada for my daughter's sweet 16, and Dalka, if I've got the spelling right, was the BEST! She made everything smooth and amazing, gave me lots of helpful information, and was always there when I needed something. The rooms were neat and on point. I have no regrets. Please visit here.

Breakfast had lots of choices and was plentiful, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of transport options and close enough to walk to Notre Dame. Highly recommend.

Compared with the other Holiday Inns in Paris, this one is far superior. The rooms are large for Paris and newly renovated, and the service is great. It's also super useful being close to the train station, making it easy to get around Paris. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure why this place has any one-star reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better, with restaurants, grocery stores, and a bus stop right outside, plus the metro just a block away. The hotel felt extra secure, with most areas needing a key card to enter and leave. The rooms were spotless, and the shampoo and body cleanser smelled amazing. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Loved the expression machines!

The rooms are on the small side, as you'd expect in Paris, but ours was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious, and the concierge was warm and helpful. Check-in and checkout were smooth, with some of the best service I've had on my travels. We'd happily book Holiday Inn Gare de Lyon again. Merci beaucoup for the hospitality!
