The location was great, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was free, fresh, and delicious. 🇫🇷😊

Place Vendome is just around the corner, so this is a really good base if shopping is the main reason for your trip. I stayed in early February, which seemed like low season, and the front desk staff were very friendly, especially the Thai lady. I’d book one of the roomy suites and avoid the regular deluxe or supreme rooms. The furniture felt old and the rooms a bit dated, though some things, like the cabinets, seemed recently renovated. The bathrooms were fairly new. Some of the floors were uneven and annoying, and I think the carpets should go. There are a few bars on the same street, so weekends can be noisy. Would I stay again? Maybe, if shopping were my main goal. I prefer the St Germain area.

The staff were the highlight. They helped make my wife's birthday special by arranging flowers and a charming card. Thank you, and bravo! Our spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a picture-perfect balcony looking out over Paris rooftops, like something from a film. Breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better. Why stay at The Ritz when you can stay here?

I’ve stayed here three times now, and it keeps meeting my expectations. I honestly wouldn’t think of switching hotels. The place is clean, comfortable, warm, and welcoming, and the front desk staff are always helpful and friendly. It’s in one of the best locations in Paris, near the Opéra and Place Vendôme. The Louvre Museum is about a 10-minute walk, and Saint-Germain around 20 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.
