The room was on the small side, but nice and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a metro stop close by, plus lots of good places to eat nearby. It did get a bit noisy outside at times, though that’s not something the hotel can control.

Rafaella at the front desk made us feel welcome and was really helpful. The location is right in the center and very close to the metro, and it’s the best value for money around. A great find, I’ll be back!

The room was awful, with a terrible smell and insects in the shower. I didn't shower at all during my two-night stay. I really can't recommend it.

Clean rooms, close to the metro, and good value for money. The customer service was very nice and kind.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I spent over 800 euros for five nights, and from the first day I felt stuck because there was no way to get a refund or cancel. We had to stay on, and it felt more like a prison than a hotel. There were plenty of bad things, but the worst was when my cousin came to visit for coffee and wasn’t allowed into the building or up to my room. The receptionist was aggressive and rude, and wouldn’t even let my family member into the lobby, saying visitors weren’t allowed. If you’re looking for a prison cell, go ahead and book your stay at mazagran.
