I told them I have a disability, but they offered no solution, so I couldn’t get to the hotel. When I asked for a refund, they were passive aggressive and literally said, “It’s not my problem you have a disability and I’m not going to give you any money,” then hung up. The staff are awful and very rude, and the whole building is very dirty, full of mold and grime. The doors don’t look secure. Please don’t go there.

Friendly staff and great value. I enjoyed my stay. I guess people need to keep their expectations in line, since this isn’t an expensive hotel.

I paid 180 euros a night and found a military-style bed, torn sheets, stained towels with hair on them, no AC, a wrecked floor and dirty furniture. The receptionist didn’t speak English. There were small stains on the sheets too, which made me wonder if there was a bedbug problem. There were signs every five meters saying they weren’t responsible for valuables, with the police phone number next to them, but no safe in the room. You also had to hand in your keys every time you went out. The whole place felt so strange that I just left. I packed my things and followed the online cancellation process without even checking out, because I didn’t feel safe. Don’t go there. Save your money and your sanity.

I paid for three nights through Booking, then tried to add a fourth a few days before arriving. The payment for that extra night didn’t go through for some reason, and the hotel canceled the entire reservation, including the nights I’d already paid for. They emailed me about the cancellation just two days before check-in, and I didn’t see it in time. When I arrived, the booking was gone and my money hadn’t been refunded. Booking support told me the hotel refused to issue a refund. That’s completely unacceptable. I never canceled the booking myself, it was removed because of a payment problem with the added night, but the hotel kept the full amount. Extremely disappointing. Be careful booking here.
