Really good experience, with top-notch service. The staff are on another level, the breakfast was good, and the room was decent too. It’s very central and in a good area. Would recommend :)

The room was modern, with a comfortable bed, and the hotel itself is nice and slick. The location is perfectly placed. The staff were amazing, welcoming, and hospitable. They went out of their way to help us and gave us great recommendations.

The room was quite large for Paris, with complete amenities and a comfortable bed. It looked a little old but was sufficient. The shower pressure was adequate, though not very strong. Getting around was easy: the location is strategic for reaching different parts of Paris, and I could travel directly from CDG Airport by train to Port Royal station. The surroundings are lively, with a supermarket and plenty of food options nearby. Reception was nice and adequate. The elevator is very small, fitting at most two people without suitcases.

I booked two rooms, and neither had working A/C during a heatwave. Both were over 30°C and unbearable. When I complained, the hotel said it was “eco-friendly,” which felt like an excuse. That’s poor service and planning, not sustainable hospitality. The hotel is on a noisy main road. Opening the windows meant traffic roaring all night, so sleeping with them open wasn’t possible. Avoid this place if basic comfort matters to you.
