The room was good, and the bathroom was spacious and nice. Breakfast was basic but did the job. I was only here for one night between parts of our trip. I’m taking off a star because the man at reception was extremely rude, seemed to hate his job, and was really unhelpful. Every question or request got a lot of attitude. Apart from that, the stay was great.

The location is great, close to the metro and all the fun cultural spots in Paris. For the price, choosing this hotel felt like a great decision. I did take off a star for the room and service, though: the phone was hard to turn on and had no instructions for calling the concierge desk, so we had to go downstairs whenever we needed help.

The hotel and rooms are nice, and the location is good. But the lift was broken, and they still hadn’t fixed it nearly 24 hours later. There was always an excuse, while we had to carry our suitcases up to the third and fifth floors. They charged a 250 euro deposit but offered no complimentary breakfast or anything in response to the problem. They couldn’t even issue an invoice at checkout.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and my room was very clean. I also got a free upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Great hotel in an excellent location. Highly recommend!

The rooms are nice and modern, and the location is great. I was only there one night, with a very large suitcase, and the staff were accommodating. They also let me store it for a couple of hours after checkout and helped me get a taxi to the airport. The service was amazing, and everyone working there was professional and kind. It was quite hot in the room. I’m not sure whether the AC was malfunctioning during my stay, but I ended up opening the windows.
