Hotel Paris Opera Affiliated by Meliá

Street noise carried into the night, even around 3am. We were on the third floor, which helped, and I imagine it could be more disruptive lower down. It’s not really something the hotel can control, but light sleepers should bring earbuds. The location is excellent, with a metro station right outside and lots of attractions within walking distance. Our premium room was surprisingly spacious for Paris. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms could use some updating. Breakfast was enjoyable and well prepared, though a wider selection would have been nice.

I was there for a competition, and everything was organized really well. The staff looked after us throughout, and the area felt safe. Our room was clean and comfortable. Ishara deserves a special thanks, he was amazing, helped us with everything we needed, and suggested great places to visit. It was a wonderful experience.

Ishara was amazing, friendly, full of useful information, and had great suggestions for food and things to do. His directions were excellent, and he seemed to know the answer to anything we needed. Thanks to him for making our stay wonderful. The rooms were up to date, clean, and comfortable, and the toilet and shower facilities were well kept. Breakfast on site was pretty good, with coffee, juice, and water always available. The bars nearby can get noisy, though that’s not the hotel’s fault, and the nightlife in the area is lively. There are lots of good eateries close by, Metro and taxis right outside, and a shopping mall a five-minute walk away.

Whenever I needed help, Ishara was attentive, considerate, and ready to assist. His friendly, professional manner made the hotel stay much more enjoyable. He really goes above and beyond to help guests feel welcome, comfortable, and looked after. I appreciated it a lot.
