The staff were lovely, but I can't recommend staying here because the rooms have almost no soundproofing. We could hear conversations and the TV next door, and the plumbing was really loud. I shared a video of the pipes: whenever someone in the neighboring room turns on the hot tap or shower, they honk loudly. Even a heavy sleeper who can ignore people talking may be woken by that noise 😔

We had a fantastic stay in late September. Our room looked out at the Eiffel Tower, and the location made it easy to walk to attractions and get around by transit. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Thanks!

We found a great location, but at 10 pm in mid-November there was no hot water. I wouldn't return, and I wouldn't recommend staying here in winter if you need basics like hot water. That's unacceptable for a hotel of any star rating. It was a failure of hospitality.

The hotel was very well kept, and breakfast was simple but good, with fresh-baked bread and croissants. Our room was cozy, with a breathtaking city view and the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night.

The walls are so thin we could hear both sides of our neighbor's late-night phone calls. The room itself was tiny, and although the bathroom worked, there was barely space to turn around and nowhere to hang towels. There was even a kettle but no cups. The location was lovely, but that was the only part we liked. I wouldn't come back.
