Hôtel Saint Cyr Etoile

I stayed here while working and waiting for my apartment to be ready, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The staff were professional, friendly and easy to deal with. They brought my luggage to the room while I worked, and even put little dollies under my plants on the desk, which impressed me. The coffee and tea station was great, and having a refrigerator for meals and desserts was nice too. I highly recommend the hotel.

A cute, homey little hotel in a very convenient spot. The room was a decent size, with good amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

After a nightmare with Airbnb, I was stranded on the streets of Paris with my luggage at 3 am. I knocked on the hotel's door after two and a half hours, and they gave me a room for two nights. The staff were friendly and knew the area well, and suggested places where I could buy a couple of things I'd lost. They also helped by washing and drying my clothes when dry cleaning wasn't possible. I'm grateful for their service. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and the service was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for an event at the nearby conference centre. The location was ideal, with a short walk to Metro and Tram stops and plenty of nearby cafes, eateries, restaurants and bars. The staff were really nice and friendly, and the contemporary rooms had everything I needed for a few days in Paris.
