For a short Paris stay, Hotel Selva is a good hotel at a realistic price. The staff are friendly and the room was neat and clean. It wasn’t big, but had what we needed while we were out sightseeing all day. We’ve visited our son in Paris many times and paid a lot more for rooms about the same size. We’ll certainly stay here again.

For the price, it’s a pretty decent place, and being inside Paris makes getting around easy. Just check about the floor before booking. I was unlucky enough to get a sixth-floor room with no elevator, so you might want to ask for a lower level. It’s not in one of the really iconic parts of Paris, either.
