Hôtel Villa Nicolo - Tour Eiffel

The rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful, chic interiors. Breakfast runs from 7-10AM, with classic pastries and hot coffee or tea. There’s also a bar beside the lobby and a quiet front courtyard where you can read. Richard and the other staff we met were kind, welcoming, and very helpful. It’s a great base if you want to be near Effiel Tower and explore the area, and we enjoyed our stay. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, you might ask for a higher floor. You can hear thumping as people use the stairs to the elevator, especially late at night, and sometimes hear neighboring conversations. It’s a boutique hotel, so that didn’t bother us, and it’s a reminder to keep your own noise down too. Tres bon, merci beaucoup monsieur Richard!

My family and I stayed at Hotel Villa Nicolo in late August while visiting Paris. It was a convenient, pleasant base for exploring, with shops and great cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, and breakfast was great.

We visited Villa for three days in August 2025. Our flight got in early, so we arrived well before check-in, but the front desk were very pleasant and happy to let us check in early and settle in right away. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the hotel is within walking distance of Eiffel Tower. There are lots of branded shops on the main street. The staff were the real stars. We’ll definitely come again and highly recommend it.

I booked two nights through Expedia for late March, and had the reservation for a few weeks before the hotel cancelled my room unilaterally. When I tried to book again, the price had more than doubled. Disgusting price-gouging tactics. Avoid.
