We paid for four nights but left two days early because the conditions were unacceptable for a family traveling with a small child. We were moved between Rooms 462, 558, and 108, and all three were in poor condition. The bedding was stained and filthy in every room. In the first one, the bedspread had a strong urine smell. Towels that were supposed to be clean also had visible stains. Each room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which was especially concerning with our toddler. Moving us three times and still giving us dirty rooms showed no respect for guests or quality control. We attached photos of the bedding and towel stains, along with invoices showing the room changes. This place felt poorly maintained and unsafe for our family.

The rooms were tiny, the TV didn’t work, and there were stains everywhere. We also felt unsafe both inside and outside the hotel. The area seemed frightening to us, two women traveling together, and it felt far from everything. We had a long walk to train stations for the places we wanted to visit each day. We loved Paris, but staying here made the trip less enjoyable. The staff were rude too. There are already lots of bad reviews, and I’d take them as a reason to stay elsewhere if you can.

For the price, this is really worth it. The breakfast is good value, and the entrance lounge is cozy, with microwaves, coffee, food, lunch and dinner vending machines, and drinks. Check-in and checkout were both quick, and the information was clear. The place is calm and very clean, including the bathroom, with good security. The workers were polite, even the cleaning staff. I keep coming back and haven’t been disappointed. The location isn’t the best, though.

Three times in the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off and woke the whole hotel. Each time it was a false alarm, and staff seemed disorganized, giving us different explanations. We never found out what had actually happened. The panic of thinking there might be a real emergency was hard to describe, and the stay felt stressful and unsettling. Before we arrived, I’d already been uneasy after reading reviews mentioning bedbugs. We didn’t find any in our room, but worrying about them made it hard to relax. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
