The kitchen has everything you need, the heating worked well, and you can see the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom. The rooms were large and clean, with bathrooms that were fine apart from a little dirt on the shower tiles. The decor felt too plain for me, and the small lift was a hassle. There were five of us, so three had to take the stairs up to the sixth floor. Good service and a nice location.

The metro at Jasmin is closer to this beautiful hotel than the Eiffel Tower, which is a 37-minute walk away. The staff were kind, and I’d definitely recommend staying here. I’d come back!

HALIMA is such a friendly, kind woman, and the service made us feel grateful from the heart. We were very satisfied and will definitely return. The location was fantastic and the rooms were beautiful. Thank you.

Being close to the metro and grocery shops was convenient, and the area felt relatively safe. But the floors are old and creaky, so we could hear people walking overhead, which got pretty annoying when we were trying to sleep. The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, and staff were slow to respond. We stayed six days and didn’t enjoy it. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We had a really hostile stay, and the customer service was abysmal. Staff were unhelpful and complained when we asked them to revive our booking. There was no one at reception throughout our stay, and no one helped us find our room when we arrived. We had to work it out like an escape room. We requested a high floor but were given a ground-floor room. They said they’d help on the second day, then ignored us for the rest of the stay and eventually said nothing could be done. When we spoke English, we felt even more dismissed. Near the end, we left our bags in the corner of the room while getting breakfast nearby because nobody was there to let us store them elsewhere. I got a rude text saying checkout was at 10, even though we knew that and came back at 12 just to collect our belongings. Whoever messaged us was rude and acted as if we were stupid. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
