Ibis Paris Bastille Faubourg Saint Antoine 11ème

The staff made a long journey much easier by letting us check in early, and after checkout they offered to look after our luggage so we could keep exploring without carrying it. They also said we could leave the suitcases safely if we wanted to stay in town longer before leaving. Parking right at the hotel was easy and convenient, which is rare in Paris. Our room was on the small side, but cozy, comfortable, very clean, and well kept. Everything felt fresh and tidy. The team were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make the stay smooth. I can wholeheartedly recommend it for the cleanliness, hospitality, and service. It made for a comfortable, stress free stay in Paris.

Laetitia and her team were welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. After a long flight, they arranged an early check-in and kept making sure we were looked after throughout the visit. I've been to Paris often, but this was my first Ibis stay. The hotel itself was good value, and the staff are what made the experience stand out. We plan to make it our first choice for future business trips. Thanks to the whole team.

The breakfast was very good, with everything kept replenished, and the location and neighbourhood were both great. Staff were welcoming everywhere, from reception to the breakfast room and the little office at the front. Our room was clean, if a bit small. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. My only gripe is the price feels high for a 3-star hotel.

We had a great experience. The room was cute and very clean, and the staff were lovely. They let us check in early and kept our bags at the hotel after checkout. I'd definitely stay again on a future trip to Paris.
