The bed was comfortable, and breakfast wasn’t bad. But there was no kettle, no small towels and no welcome water. Other hotels offer those things at the same rate.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. My room was a little small, but warm and comfortable in winter, with a great view of the city.

The room was very cold and unheated, even though it was quite cold outside. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell of urine in the toilet and bathroom, and no slippers were provided. The man at reception during check-in was unfriendly. Under my Silver status terms I could choose a drink, but he only let me take tomato juice, even though I wanted apple cider and it was available in the fridge. On the positive side, the woman at reception kindly lent me an umbrella when it was raining.

We had a nice stay, and the location was perfect. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable.

A nice, quiet hotel in a very good location, with connections to other parts of the city and the airport. Receptionist Alizee was very kind and obliging. I wish all receptionists were like her :)
