ibis Paris Père Lachaise

We spent four nights here in a quiet neighborhood that felt like it was for locals. The staff were super sweet, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Our modern room was clean and well insulated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly with easy wall controls. There’s an elevator and a small lobby with free water for filling your bottles. The value and location were excellent, with plenty of food nearby, including morning cafes, and Père Lachaise metro stop and cemetery within walking distance.

Restaurants, bars, and grocery stores are all close by, in a safe-feeling area. A nice place to stay in Paris.

The reception staff were the best part of our first Paris stay, all three we met were kind. The location was great, with Perlachaise metro around the corner and bus 69 right outside. Our ground-floor room, number 100, had plenty of space, but barely any daylight, and there was noise in the morning, so bring earplugs. The TV was oddly positioned, and the route to the parking garage is very narrow, so take care. You may want to write ahead and ask for a room upstairs.

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of tasty options, and we loved the free table tennis outside. During the Olympics, the complimentary wine was a nice touch. The staff at ibis Père-Lachaise were friendly and welcoming, and the location made it easy to get to the metro and local restaurants. When we found the toilet seat was broken, they fixed it quickly without causing us any inconvenience. A delightful stay.
