The best thing was the high-up view across much of the city. There are metro stops nearby, and the food around the hotel is good. The place works as a base, with a table, chair, and plug by the table, and it was fine in the colder months. But our stay wasn't great. The windows can't be opened and there's no air conditioning, which may bother some people and bothered us. The water wasn't working when we arrived. We got apologies but no compensation, so we went to a restaurant to wash our hands instead. The room was very basic. The shower had no door, the bathroom handle came apart when I touched it, and the wall-mounted hairdryer was cheap. There was one all-in-one product for hands, body, and hair. The bed was basically a mattress topper that shifted around easily. For the price, I'd expect a proper mattress and a sheet that stays tucked in, but that wasn't what we got. There was a socket by the table, but none near the beds. Nothing else in the room really stood out, for better or worse. Next time I'd probably choose a similarly priced hotel with opening windows and proper air conditioning. Thanks for the stay.

The location wasn't very convenient, which was the one drawback. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and nice, and everything seemed well maintained. The service was satisfactory, and I had a pleasant stay.

The friendly, accommodating staff were a plus, and the hotel is near metro line 9. Still, the area looked a bit dodgy and the stay was expensive for what you get. The bigger problem was the lack of air conditioning anywhere in the hotel. I couldn't sleep because of it, and the trip was so bad that I wish I'd looked for a better hotel.

There are plenty of handy shops nearby, and the price is reasonable. The staff are friendly too. My room on the 15th floor was cramped, with no window that opened, and the ventilation wasn't working. It got humid and hot quickly. I can understand not having regular windows for safety, but they could at least open halfway. It's okay for the price if you're not claustrophobic.

The room was fine, and the bed was large and comfortable. We got it much earlier than expected, and the reception staff were polite and attentive. The hotel is five minutes from the metro. The website doesn't mention the luggage storage charge, which is 7 euros a day, even for silver card members. As a reward, the three of us got one token for the drinks machine, worth up to 2 euros.
