The staff were pleasant overall, and Isra in the restaurant deserves a special mention. She was very sweet and went out of her way, a lovely lady. My only criticism is the poor HVAC in the room. It was cold, and reception didn’t offer a heater. That’s not good enough for a basic hotel. A comfortable bed in a warm room is a basic essential, so there’s no excuse really.

The room was small but fine and well organised, with four beds. Traffic made us miss dinner, but we were offered free meals and drinks, and anything we wanted from the service bar. Wow! After the long ride, I went downstairs for a decaf coffee and maybe a glass of red wine. The bar was closed, but Sen (!!) saved the day, poured me a glass, and told me to enjoy my stay. Pure kindness, thanks! Can recommend.

We came to Paris from the States and expected the rooms to be quite small, but were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable ours was. It was perfect for my family of five. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help when we needed something. Special thanks to Nysamthi for the kindness and wonderful hospitality. You made our stay even better!

The room was dirty, with a cut toenail in the shower and mold on the walls. Completely unhygienic. It was also so small that the open window sat right above the bed, and my husband hurt himself on it. There was no air conditioning because it was “wintertime,” but the whole hotel was extremely hot and unbearable. We couldn’t sleep. When we raised the heat and the Wi-Fi not working, staff were rude and just told us to open a window. There was no mosquito net. We left it open, but terrible noise outside all night made sleep impossible. This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
