Everything was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. There was also a generous breakfast buffet with plenty of good options. I'd happily come back.

10/10
After a day among the crowds, there was plenty to enjoy around the hotel, and the main tourist areas were an easy metro ride away. The reception staff were very helpful, the air conditioning worked great, and breakfast was okay. Our room was cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat.

8/10
The reception girls were friendly, and breakfast was very good. The rooms felt cozy and quiet when their windows faced the courtyard, though some ground-floor rooms look onto technical facilities. Work noise there, including from the neighboring hotel, sometimes disturbed my sleep. The pillows were uncomfortable, but there is a sauna and a mini gym. I have to lower my rating because of one staff member's obvious rudeness and bad manners. He was a rather mature man who didn't introduce himself and was working late at night on September 17. People like that show anger and fatigue openly, and tourists may be shocked by such indecent behavior. It makes the hotel difficult to recommend.

The staff were very accommodating, and the hotel made for a perfect stay near Belleville.

10/10
The neighborhood has cafes, a pharmacy, restaurants, and public transport close by, including the subway for getting around the city. Traveling on my own, I found the room just right for one person. The 24 hour reservations deal was convenient and gave me a sense of security.
