The staff are what make this place stand out. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive. Carla deserves a special mention for arranging a late checkout with real care and no fuss when our flight was delayed. Booking through the FHR scheme added a lot to the stay, with excellent daily breakfast and valuable extras that made us feel looked after. Breakfast itself was high quality and relaxed, a great start to each day. The location is perfect for exploring the city, yet the hotel feels calm and luxurious as soon as you walk in. This was our second stay, and we’ll definitely return for a third. Consistently excellent, and highly recommended.

The spa was calm and clean, and the room looked great, though I found the light switches a bit confusing. What really stood out was the team: Oliver was a big help at breakfast, and our barman arranged a lovely evening in town. He even organized complimentary champagne at a restaurant before the show, which made the night feel extra special. Everything else, from the decor to the location, was spot on. Main landmarks were about a 10-minute taxi ride away. I’d highly recommend staying here in Paris.

We came as a group of more than ten and had to arrange everything online in advance. The staff were lovely both during the planning and once we arrived, always friendly, attentive, and helpful. Because of our group size we had a set menu, and every dish was delicious. A really good choice for a group meal. I’d happily recommend it.

The opera house is just steps away, so getting around and exploring was incredibly easy. The front desk team were welcoming and helpful with check-in and our questions, and the rest of the stay was very pleasant. Breakfast had one awkward moment: a waitress came across as unfriendly, even a little rude. That felt isolated, though, and didn’t spoil the visit. I’d recommend the hotel for its central spot and friendly team.
