The staff were very nice and the location was good, but what they offered wasn’t worth the ridiculous price. I paid 100-180€ a night for two nights, and I’m shocked by that. Before the pandemic, a hotel like this used to cost around 60€. There was no hot water when I arrived, so I couldn’t shower until the next day. The walls were so thin that I could hear every word and little noise from next door, and had to put toilet paper in my ears to sleep. They also wouldn’t let me write a review on Booking. I guess they knew I was going to leave a bad one, which feels extremely dishonest and shouldn’t be allowed.

Patricia was a great host and gave us useful information about the Paris subway system. The hotel is right across from Pernety metro station. Our room was quiet and very clean, and the mattress was really comfortable. We had a great time there.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable, clean, and reasonably well ventilated. It’s a nice little place in a residential area, with easy underground access, plenty of food and drink choices, and basic services close by. Very little English seemed to be spoken by the staff, so knowing French helps quite a bit. The Wi-Fi was mostly unusable.

There are lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The place is very clean, with a good mattress, decent space for the price, friendly service, and a nice terrace with some plants around. The bathroom area is a bit small. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a quiet room.

The people looking after the place were a group of lovely ladies, kind and friendly, and the service was wonderful. Our room was clean and tidy, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. It was just upstairs from the entrance, looking out over the Rue Raymond, and surprisingly quiet at night even with lots of nearby restaurants. Getting here was easy: we took a bus from the airport and walked ten minutes to the hotel. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars along the road, and the metro is a short walk away at the end of it. The number 13 metro stops there and runs into central Paris in about four or five stops, until midnight. Great location.
