La Chambre du Marais

We stayed two nights and found it a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious. Along with the usual European options like bread, croissants, cheese, and ham, they can make eggs or omelettes too. It’s within walking distance of some of the best places in La Marais. The design and furnishings felt luxurious. As in many European hotels, the room was small, and the walls seemed thin for noise, though perhaps that was because we were near the maid closet. My wife and I would happily recommend it to other travellers.

We’ve stayed at least five times and absolutely love this hotel. We’ve been there in summer and around Christmas, and Christmas is my favourite time in Paris. The hotel and city sparkle with lights, and the lobby has delicious chocolates that are a perfect holiday treat. The service has the feel of an upscale Parisian hotel, and the place is lovely and cosy. The photos don’t quite do it justice. Each room, or chamber, is different, but they all have French elegance and charm. Highly recommend it for a wonderful Paris stay.

I was especially glad to find a room with such a spacious bathroom and the best water pressure I think I’ve had in Paris. I spent five days at La Chambre du Marais, and the property was in pristine shape. The staff were extremely friendly too. I visit Paris at least once a year, and I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the heart of the Marais.

The location is unbeatable. We could walk everywhere and never left Le Marais, there was so much to see and do nearby. The rooms are cosy, the beds super comfortable and crisp, and everything is cared for with love and attention to detail. They’ve found creative ways to use the space, so even though the room was small, very Parisian, we didn’t feel cramped. And the coffee is perfection. The staff were incredible, always smiling and so helpful. Arthur and Sharazad were gracious from the moment we arrived through our departure for a red-eye flight. She even gave us coffee for the journey. They made my birthday trip extra special, and I can’t wait to come back. Also, those roses in the lobby are unreal, I couldn’t stop looking at them!
