Marie made breakfast a treat, seeing to everything we needed and offering useful practical advice while still giving us space and privacy. It was delightful and kept us going until evening each day. We spent four nights in April 2025 at this wonderful B&B, surrounded by green spaces and handy shops, restaurants and cafe bars. The bedroom was appealing, with a huge comfortable bed, lovely linens and a large bathroom. The electrically powered shutters made the room totally dark at night, and it was very quiet. It’s a 10-minute walk to the metro or five minutes to a tram. We really enjoyed our stay and want to plan a return visit!

The breakfast was amazing, and our hosts were exceptional in helping us. It’s a wonderful B&B for experiencing the real Paris, with easy public transport access to the main attractions. We’d stay there again.

After eight years, I returned to La Villa Paris in May 2022 and found the stay just as pleasurable and wonderful as before. Marie is a great host who looks after your needs. The rooms are still spacious and exceptional, with quality bedding and electric blinds. Breakfast was great, and it’s lovely to take your time over it before heading out in Paris. Highly recommended!

We were in upstairs room #4, with a great view over a park. It had good lighting, a desk and chair, two luggage stands, and a wardrobe with hangers. The room was a nice size and very clean, with hot water and good shower pressure. The window opens, but shuts out sound when closed, and the electric blinds block all light. The heat and a/c worked well and made no noise at all. We loved the neighborhood of the 13 arrondissement and felt very safe. There are a few stairs to get upstairs, but that wasn’t a problem. The host was very nice and quick to answer questions, and let us stay in the room until 12 pm.
