Coco at the front desk was a real asset. He was always glad to help, even making restaurant reservations and booking Ubers, and tried to arrange something extra when we explained the breakfast issue. The hotel is in a good location, and the room was nicely decorated, though small, which is expected in Europe. I booked a terrace, but it faced the courtyard and had no view. Smoking was allowed there, with an ashtray provided, which was a big plus for smokers. Breakfast tasted really good, but the selection was very limited and not worth the extra €20 per person per night. There was only scrambled egg and one kind of sausage, which was pork and not suitable for us because of our religion. No other egg choices, potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, or vegetables. I’d like to see pancakes or waffles, more meat, and vegetables and potatoes with the eggs. I’ve stayed at many other European hotels with a much better spread. Croissants and scrambled eggs alone don’t justify that price.

There were some nice touches, including the cleanliness, complimentary water, friendly front desk staff, and an in-room Nespresso. But the room temperature and bathroom odor made the stay unpleasant. It was 22 degrees Celsius and I couldn’t turn the heating down. I switched it off for the day, and somehow the room reached 24. The bathroom smell is hard to pin down, maybe detergent, maybe a mess left by previous guests.

The service was attentive and friendly, and I enjoyed the hotel’s atmosphere and little wellness area. Our room had a modern, romantic feel, and we slept peacefully and got to relax. A great hotel all around :)

The room layout worked really well for me: I could sleep without facing my desk, and work without looking at the bed. It was a peaceful, quiet hotel with modern, understated decor that still felt homely. The bathroom was spacious and had strong water pressure, and the staff took good care of me. The closet was really a small curtained nook, so folding clothes worked better than hanging them. I’d happily recommend it and keep it in mind for future Paris business trips.

We had a lovely, cozy stay. The staff were nice and everything went perfectly. The location is absolutely amazing, I think everyone would love it there. Thank you so much.
