There are lots of shops and places to eat around the hotel, with plenty of food options nearby. The room was fairly small, quite tight even for two, but that was mentioned, and it was clean and comfortable enough. Getting to the metro was easy, never more than a five-minute walk to the nearest one, and it was convenient for the main attractions. The area felt safe at night, and the staff were friendly during our stay.

The room was generally fine, and the staff were polite and helpful. But the bathroom was extremely small, while the old bedding and towels had visible stains and wear. Breakfast was so poor that we chose not to eat there. It was okay for a short stay, though it felt overpriced for what we got.

The room was barely large enough to move around or get changed in. The bathroom was damaged, unhygienic and visibly moldy. There was no fridge, drinks or even bottled water, and the only meal offered was breakfast, which was poor quality and presented in an unhygienic way. The place seemed poorly maintained overall and fell short of basic hygiene standards. Right on a road, it was very noisy too. Staff were consistently unfriendly, and the owner’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. For the price, the value was absolutely unacceptable. Comparable hotels in the same range offer far better cleanliness, standards and service. I strongly advise against booking here.

The hotel is in a really safe neighborhood, and we felt safe coming back late. Someone was always at the door for security. Our rooms and the hotel itself were really clean, with room cleaning every day. The rooms were a bit small, but the location was extremely good, about a two-minute walk from Hotel de Ville metro station. The staff were welcoming and supportive throughout our visit. We’d definitely stay at the same hotel if we get the chance to visit paris again.
