The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with modern furniture, though they weren’t very large. Breakfast was simple, fresh, and delicious, everything you need to start the day. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or buying tickets, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The location is fantastic for exploring on foot. The Louvre is about a 20-minute walk, and much of the city center is easy to reach. There are lovely cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and parks in the surrounding area. I’d happily stay here again.

The staff were really friendly, and the location made it easy to walk to the Louvre and shopping streets. The metro is only about two minutes away too. My room was small and there was a strange smell in the lift and hallway, but the room was clean and I've stayed in worse. I booked a last-minute trip and paid much less than at other hotels, so the value made up for those drawbacks.

The staff were so welcoming, and I enjoyed chatting with them. My room was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, with a bathroom that was in good shape. I also felt safe there. Being right in central Paris made getting around easy, and I had a lovely weekend stay. I'd happily return and recommend it to people visiting Paris.

The breakfast was a letdown, with what felt like scraps left on plates, and the hotel ran out of drinking water without ordering more. We also had a sewage smell in the bathroom the whole stay, and the towels smelled awful. The room was much smaller than the photos suggested, which didn't seem accurate. This isn't the staff's fault, since they were just doing their jobs. The owners and management are responsible for a place with such low standards at that price. We weren't expecting anything extravagant, but even the basics disappointed us. I'd sooner choose an Airbnb. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The location is good and there was someone at reception around the clock. That's about all I can say in its favor. This was nowhere near a four-star hotel, and the listing's promises and photos didn't match what we found. The room was so cramped you couldn't stand and walk past the foot of the bed. The TV faced the bed but blocked the way across, so you had to bend over the bed to get to the other side. Storage was tiny, just two built-in shelves by the bed, one small cabinet, and a fridge about 30 by 30 cm that could fit three bottles. There was no iron. The bathroom setup was unfinished and awkward. The toilet floor had cracks, some areas weren't finished, and there was no hand-washing sink in that room, so you had to go to the shower room. The shower was loose on the wall, as was the tap, and there were no towel hooks by the sink. The toilet, room, and bathroom doors hit each other and couldn't all be open or used at once. Not being able to get out properly around the bed felt like a fire hazard. The alarms went off constantly. We were told there was no pre-alarm, so a shower that's too hot or runs too long can set them off. Breakfast kept running out of food day after day, didn't match what was promised, and wasn't worth the price. The so-called lounge was tiny and nothing like the photos. There's no bar or lounge, and you can't get food. The cleaners didn't come until the afternoon, and some days they didn't come at all. The area is noisy in the mornings. It might work if all you need is a bed and a roof, but not at this price. Booking should know it doesn't meet the terms and requirements for a four-star hotel. Booking as a couple would be a joke. A real disappointment.
